Description:

The LY-08-1300 Three Axis Robotic Palletizer is specially developed for automatic sheet feeding and composite board stacking in continuous production lines. It is widely used in sandwich panel production, honeycomb board manufacturing and industrial composite processing systems.

This robotic system adopts a three-axis motion control structure, providing precise positioning, stable stacking accuracy and smooth operation. With a production efficiency of up to 4 pieces per minute for 3-meter boards, it significantly improves automation level and reduces manual labor costs.

The mechanical arm supports a load capacity of 20kg/m² and can be customized according to different board weights and sizes. The maximum stacking height reaches 1 meter, ensuring safe and organized palletizing performance.

The equipment integrates with conveyor lines to form a complete automated handling solution. The conveyor chain load capacity reaches 3 tons, making it suitable for heavy-duty composite panels.

The machine length is 6 meters and can be customized according to factory layout requirements. Powered by a three-phase 380V 50Hz system, the equipment ensures stable and energy-efficient performance for industrial production environments.
